Solving your problem quickly is important to us. From initial contact you will be connected with a knowledgeable team member who will work with you to gather the information needed to provide you a proposal within 2 days. Our proposal will include the cost, lead time, and design specifications, to include a reference drawing if needed.
Our in-house test facility is available to help bring your next project to life. Whether you're looking for the operating parameters needed for a desired result, are looking for more information to justify an investment, or have an application that is unique and unfamiliar to us, we can help you test using our dozens of brush designs. Proof of concept is the best way to make sure that what we are recommending will actually be a practical cost-effective solution.
If you are building you own machine, we have the engineering talent on staff to assist you with your build. Things like side frame thicknesses, brush adjustment mechanisms and horse power requirements are all critical to your success.
If you would like to purchase a turnkey solution, we can connect you with one of our OEM machine builder partners. We have long terms relationships with builders in different industries that you can trust to match your needs and overall budget.
Our involvement with you does not end when your brush is shipped and the invoice is paid. We will answer your questions during installation and start up to insure a successful launch. We will also follow up to make sure you are satisfied and gather feedback from your team to optimize the performance of the brushes we make for you on future orders.

Brush Winding

We utilize our patented Fineset and Tufted brushing technologies as well as Double Banded Metal Channel winding in our cylinder brushes. These three options ensure our customers always get the right brush for their application.

Our custom brushes have a dimensioned drawing associated with the part number so you know the brush will fit in your system and that you're getting the same brush every time.

Brush Re-wrapping & Refurbishing

Brushes wound on our cores can be sent back to us once they are worn to be re-bristled. The brush is stripped from the core, which is then inspected, reconditioned, and re-bristled. The end result is a new brush at a significant cost saving.

CNC Machining

We have a full suite of CNC machines including multi-axis turning centers, mills, and brush machines. We use our CNCs for core and component manufacturing, as well as brush repairs and manufacturing.

Testing Services

Our in-house test lab allows us to work with customers to find the perfect brush and operating parameters for the desired result. Testing is available at an hourly rate or available as part of a brush purchase.

Balancing & Straightening

Brushes that operate at high speeds, have complex core or brush patterns, and brushes that require critical balance specs are all balanced as standard. All of our brushes are straightened as a step in the manufacturing process to ensure proper and consistent operation.

Engineering and Design

We offer engineering and design services with our experienced on-site engineering team. We can help with brush design and integration as well as machine design for your brush system.

Custom Brush Solutions

Our brush experts will work with you to find the optimal custom brush solution for your needs if a standard brush will not work or if you have a custom brush machine.
